Ensure uploads/mymentech-qr-tickets is writable and PHP has the dom, mbstring and gd extensions. Increase memory_limit to 256M for large logos. |
| Logo missing on the PDF |
Use a JPG or PNG logo; SVG is not rendered by dompdf. |
| Ticket page shows an old design |
Browser or page cache; hard-reload or exclude /ticket/* from caching. |
