| Guest / sponsor fields missing at checkout | The Checkout page uses the block editor. See §13. |
| Check-in panel not visible | Log in with a role selected under Door check-in, then re-save the settings once to sync capabilities. |
| PDF download fails or is blank | Ensure uploads/seat-pass is writable and PHP has the dom, mbstring and gd extensions. Increase memory_limit to 256M for large logos. |
| Logo missing on the PDF | Use a JPG or PNG logo; SVG is not rendered by dompdf. |
| Ticket page shows an old design | Browser or page cache; hard-reload or exclude /ticket/* from caching. |
